Rosé wine has always been considered a work of winemaking art, capable of offering unique and captivating emotions with every sip. But what makes this rosé nectar so special? The answer lies in the careful and meticulous production process behind every high-quality bottle. To obtain an excellent rosé wine, the red grapes are harvested earlier than the traditional harvest. This strategic choice ensures a perfect balance between acidity and sugar content, giving the wine a complex and harmonious structure that makes it irresistible to the most refined palates.

Once harvested, the grapes undergo a delicate pressing, followed by maceration of the skins and pips. This process, which can last from a few hours to a maximum of two days, depends on the grape variety and the desired aroma and color.
